Want to find out what scuba diving is like before deciding to get your PADI Open Water Diver scuba diving certification? During a Discover Scuba Diving experience, you can try scuba diving for the first time in a pool or calm water environment. Our staff will provide scuba gear, explain basic scuba diving skills and answer any questions you may have.

1 Discover Scuba Dive
An additional dive will be 4.400 Yen
[Prerequisites]
10 years old and above
[Required Items]
Swimwear, sandals, towels, shampoo, etc.
*Dry suits (suits that do not get wet) will be used from November to May, so long-sleeved shirts and trousers and long socks are required.
The three steps to discover diving are
1. Learn all necessary knowledge required for scuba diving with a dive professional using the PADI Discover Scuba Diving Booklet.
2. The use of buoyancy control devices, skills to deal with emergencies will be practiced in confined water (calm and shallow waters similar to that of a swimming pool).
PADI's Discover Scuba Diving experience comprises of the following 6 skills:
(1) Breathing techniques - for underwater breathing
(2) Regulator clearing - for removing water inside the regulator
(3) Regulator recovery - for retrieving your regulator underwater
(4) Mask clearing - for removing water inside your mask
(5) Equilisation techniques - for clearing your ears under pressure
(6) Oral inflation of buoyancy control devices - for floating on the surface
3. Your first dive under the ocean!
Dive time is around 40~50 minutes. You will encounter various sea creatures and be able to float in the world of zero gravity.

Cancellation Policy
・Cancellation Fee: 50% the day before and 100% on the day.
・Guests who failed to notify staff of cancellation will be charged 100% course fee.
